Our Approach
Serene Montessori Nursery emphasises greatly upon child-centred play until the age of seven. Our approach is an all-inclusive one, focusing on the procedures of learning and not just the end product. Children explore activities in a totally self-absorbed, end-in-itself way, choosing to repeat them over and over, not to achieve a result, but to joyfully engage in and master a process.
Play is an organic and natural means in which children comprehend and recognise the world around themselves, igniting within them a yearning to learn about it and understand and communicate with it effectively.

Our vision is to create a child centred learning atmosphere and setting which is fortified by the spiritual welfare and happiness of each child; concentrating on children’s interests as well as the environment that surrounds them.

We intend to nurture an environment that permits each child to learn organically, through the experience of play; working together with their families to provide a more holistic methodology to learning.
